For all you Xbox fans out there struggling to cope with the business hardships it is undergoing, potentially facing the same fate as Sega in exiting hardware to become a third-party publisher, here's some cool Candy Crush-themed Xbox controller color designs that I've imagined and wished would truly be real.
The three Candy Crush characters I've based my Xbox controller color schemes on are Tiffi, Mr. Yeti and Denize. Have a look at each one and understand the BTS for each design I've made.
First up, here's a controller themed after the game's main heroine, Tiffi!
The handgrips are yellow to reflect the character's iconic pigtails, with the rest of the controller body being pink with a plaided design to reflect her dress, to the point where the buttons are white to also reflect her dress buttons, too! This controller has an inner gamer girl ready to be unleashed.
Next, we have the Mr. Yeti-themed controller!
Just like Mr. Yeti, this mostly pale-colored controller is furry to the touch, with flesh-colored buttons to reflect the bare skin in his fingers and around his eyes. Though it's soft, it still has the power to let fly a furious virtual beatdown in button-mashing situations.
And then here's the Denize-themed controller!
This controller is scaly all over and loaded with fiery power in the right hands! The controller body bears her dark magenta-colored dorsal scales, with pink handgrips reflective of her ventral scales. And the buttons are all dark, to represent the many dorsal spikes that stud her long, snaky body.
Love the designs? I really hope Xbox makes these controller designs real!
