Hi... when I play CCS on my phone or comp I need to colect purple candies at Gold Chocolate Box it doesn´t count them at each game I am playing. Do you know why?
You have a new version of Chocolate Box that is currently being tested. Your current task requires you to collect purple candies in new level wins, as stated in your screenshot. Therefore, you will have to play new levels and win them to complete this task. Tasks that can be completed on old levels may also appear, so you can try to change the task, but there's no guarantee of a better one, of course. For more information, check here:

Until even if I played lower levels again order was added to chocolate box. Everything was ok 3 hours ago.

Chocolate box orders only get added once you connect to the internet. Could this be the reason? Alternatively there is a small test group with a chocolate box which requires new levels to be played for the order. If neither of these reasons apply please could you post a screenshot of your chocolate box, thanks.
