why am i locked out of level 6888, every time i go to play this level 3 locks appear and doesnt load

By any chance, are you playing on Windows 10 App? If so, King team has fixed the issue that popped up yesterday!
To get the fix into your game, all you need to do is go to "Microsoft Store" and update to the latest version 1.313.2.1.
** If the store shows you have 1.313 or 1.313.1.1, those are the "troubling" versions!
