When I type to sign in, it goes to a black screen uninstalled, reinstalled several times, repaired, reset, and nothing works

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
