how can I get my refund
Judging by recent experiences from others player support are slow to respond and sometimes don't respond at all, and they cannot actually give refund of money anyway. The best way to get your money back is to contact Apple/Google/Facebook, whichever company holds your credit card details and ask them for a refund directly. They should refund any purchase that you did not receive.
