Did someone comment that Star tournament was quite fun ? I think I may have. Well sadly and predictably, it’s now become as difficult as the normal levels.
Bakers box has also become a casualty as a result

The rewards were negligible. I just like the little bit of excitement. I suppose the opponents were live players.

My star tournament ended today. This is my first time seriously playing for it. Used a lot of low value boosters that I have plenty in inventory. Never use any gold bar. First time making full use of timed boosters which were always left to waste. I am playing in conjunction with the chocolate box.
I did quite enjoy this round of playing but I think it's probably a one-off tournament for me. It is taking up too much time when I still have 7 unplayed episodes.
@Carol-38 Actually, I must have hit a rough patch as it did get better. I never waste boosters on the Star tournament - the rewards are chicken (paltry)
As many will know who have read my posts about the Star Tournament it's not for me. I tried it again after reading @Charleyfarley post, silly me, played 5 levels and not one did I pass. Mind you I wouldn't dream of using boosters or gold, I need all of that just to keep playing and staying at the end of the map. I would like to know if those playing the Star Tournament actually pass levels without using boosters and if so how many 🤔
I disagree with this fwiw. Star tournament is still very playable IMO
In previous times it was just the extremely hard levels but it’s a really nice mix now
