It’s been ages to pass level 18245 and I’m still not be done. Please someone helps me how to get rid of it.

Levels like this one are designed to require players to spend gold bars to pass. In fact a lot of levels in the game are like this now, in the lower levels as well. Candy Crush is not the same game we used to love when we started playing. It is now a game about budgeting gold bars and there are no tips for us to give you to pass impossible levels like this one, as these do not have a solution we know of, except to pay. Your options are limited. You need to pay gold to bypass it. If you don't have any left you are in trouble and might have to quit playing at this point. Or you could keep buying gold bars if you are rich and if you enjoy the game enough and think you are getting value for money.

I am requesting the 300 bars i did not get after finishing the music challenge.
While watching an ad to get additional gold bars, after I won the race, the game restarted and I lost my earned gold bars and the watched gold bars. Very frustrating. This has happened twice in the last two wins. Why?
I can not connect to server and give gifts for many times. Please lead me.
