I am having problems with the player's support .I am 63 years old disable and blind. I really enjoy playing Candy Crush Saga and been playing for years. I change over to Facebook and it completely restarted th game from the beginning. Could not find my original game,it was gone. So where I find a Store that sold gift cards. When I tried to redeem the gold bars they said that the gold bars went to this account I can't enter. They said I had to use this original game and play all over again for the second time. I do not how to restart my game to receive !my 116 gold bars. The people who are the player's support keep sending me the same response through e-mail. I now there getting frustrated with me and since there just spending the same messages I feel disrespected that I to stupid to understand. I been told to use the game which I'm unable to open. When searching for this original game on my tablet it just spend me to my new game. Please if anyone can help Donna
