i want to get pass level 260, there are a lot of requierments with little chances to move the candies

And welcome to Candy Crush. This game is a gold budgeting game, so for levels which will not allow you to pass players have to pay gold. You are correct that there are not many move choices. This shows how the game is manipulated. How the candies drop is written into the game and pre determined, so if you can pass or will fail is also pre determined with each board you load.
