Why can I not get events to participate in and get offers on my android version 10

Normally, it comes back after you do one of the following:
01- Play one level
02- Close the app and restart your device
03- Check that you have a stable connection

Hi!! My grandmother is on level 11xxx and she has all bonuses, she can play advertises and get more lives and I have only 5 lives and that's it. No challenges at all.. 😞
