The account is the same on old and new phones but new phone put me back to level 11! I’m on 7183!

I have now sent 2 emails, have logged out and in with Apple and now for some weird reason I'm on level 21. Before I sent my old phone in, I took some screenshots of where I was for proof and backup if needed. No response yet.

The Gold Bars and Levels do sync across all platforms in all games, but the Boosters do not sync between devices.
Please email Player Support Team so they can take a look in your game.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters.
