Question from a Newbie

When I get a message that says there are No More Moves and I can clearly see a Color bomb and yet the game either ends or I have to use or buy more gold bars. I don't understand why the game ends. Some helpful tips would really be appreciated! Thanks!

you have a limited amount of moves on the top of the screen

Hi there. I am not clear exactly what you mean. Please could you state which level you see this on.

On each level your moves are limited and count down in the top left corner of the board. If you do not achieve the goal when the moves count down to zero you fail the level.

candy crush level 11297
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
Level 11297 is far too difficult.
It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.

Not able to watch Ad
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
Chocolate box error
For several years now, and across three different phones, I get a Chocolate Box error EVERY single time I play any level. It sometimes even comes up TWICE between plays. I have 3 screenshots with the 3 screens that come up every time. I have force stopped the app with no luck.
