Got logged out of FB and lost all my saved lives

I have consistently had a problem over the last year or longer that I am getting maybe 2-3 lives gifted a day on my phone account despite having a full friends list and despite that I used to easily maintain 200 max lives in my bank. I was able to at least keep lives banked in my Facebook version, though, but today I got logged out of FB and when I logged back in, I had only 2 lives banked, again despite having full friends list. I do not understand why the game creators have messed with life gifting and life banks and would like my 200 restored at least.

That has nothing to do with what I'm saying. I had 200 lives banked, knowing I could only use 20 a day. When I got logged out of and back into my FB-associated CC account, all my banked lives were gone. You can't use your 20 gift lives a day if you lose all the ones people had given you. Today I have 16 banked. I don't understand why King keeps taking this away from loyal players.

Thank you for the feedback. and I am sorry to hear that.you would see the 20/20 everyday meaning that you can use 20 lives sent by friends however you need to get those first from your friends.If for example you already have 5 that your friends sent and you use them, your daily limit counter would not look instead 15/20.
