Game loops trying to connect to server resulting in bot streak lost

When trying to complete a level by watching ads to get extra moves, sometimes the game hangs trying to connect to the (ad) server).

My question is (and has always been when this happens) is that when the app tries to connect and spins, shouldn't there be a timeout which doesn't hang the game in the loop and offers the player the option to buy extra moves (vs. getting them from the ads), which would enable us not to lose our bot streak (and Super CB when we have one)?

Adverts crashing the game has been an issue for over four years @Mike_Baskey and in all that time King hasn't done anything to suggest they care about the issue. I have reported TEMU adverts to support several times now and yet the adverts still crash my game (they have got slightly better, but nonetheless new Temu adverts still crash my game.

Watching an adverts is an alternative to purchasing extra moves, so it wouldn't make a lot of sense to offer both the advert and the purchase option. They should just fix the adverts.
