My game is stuck on the chocolate box when I open my game up. I tried updating, closing it out and opening it back up. Basically everything except uninstalling/reinstalling for a fear of losing my progress and having to start all over again

Hello @I_Am_Megatron25 please do not uninstall your app. The frozen Chocolate Box is a long standing issue that is usually resolved by restarting your game.
The best thing for you to try is scroll to the bottom of this page and use the Contact Us button that you will see.
