Ads and Video Rewards Disappeared After Purchase

Hello King Support Team,
I made an in-game purchase in Candy Crush, and since then, I’ve noticed that all ads and video rewards (for extra moves, lives, and boosters) have disappeared from my game.

I really enjoyed the ads feature because it helped me progress and made the game more fun. Could you please check my account and see if there’s any way to restore the ads and video rewards option?

I’d really appreciate your help with this.

Hello @yamen1 I am sorry but this is perfectly normal for this game, so there is nothing that can or will be done to change this. Players who spend money on the game lose the chance to get free boosters by watching ads. We have read so many posts like yours and been warning about it in this community for years. I am so sorry, but there is nothing you can do. King do not restore ads on request.
