I had.nearly finished a chocolate box and some nasty person put a star tournament on. I can’t get the ‘pass new levels’ because star tournament does not recognise the levels.

That is correct, I did mention that Pins would be back today but unfortunately, the plan has been changed so it's starting next Monday instead, Nov 10th 😬
There is no connection between the two. People at the top of the map do get Pins. But as @christinewupp pointed out to you, they are finished for the moment. However, for Christine and anyone else who didn’t spot this, @QueenB posted in a reply in Support recently that Pins will be returning tomorrow, 3rd November🤞
I can’t understand what you expect, @MarilynRules. You are critical of King for not regarding Star Tournament levels as new levels, while in another of your many posts on this subject you said they were just recycled old levels. Many people enjoy the Star Tournament. Many others don’t bother with it. It doesn’t affect your progress in the game itself so why complain about what is essentially a bonus game.

Hi, there's no need to play the star tournament. King is not forcing you to play it or even to play this game.
Do you ever read any of what other people post here and write to answer you @MarilynRules ? You keep reposting the same complaint but never seem to take on board any of the explanations others give.
To answer your latest question: No, the pins have finished for the time being in all my games. I think this feature is currently not seen by anyone.
And to recap:
New levels are released every Wednesday. Usually this is 60 levels = four episodes per week. That is all the new levels that you will ever get from now on each week. If you want to use these for events you need to spread the episodes out over the week.
Players who run out of new levels will have to do something else with their lives instead of playing Candy Crush. Is that really so bad?
