Anyone know how to get a rep to get back to you? Three times gold bars have been removed from my account and I did not authorize it. Since I am the only one on the account I need answers!

I need someone from Candy Crush to check into this. All they say is go to group support. I dont think that they can check into my missing bars

Idid see that you had said to include the ticket number when replying. I did not note a ticket number on the email but did put my user ID on the email I sent

I don't know if this still works since a lot of King player support have been replaced by automation, but as a first call the only way to contact player support has been to use the contact form below, which you probably know. Make sure you are concise and specific in your request or complaint and choose the correct sub-header as well. It is vital you include your player ID in the email.

Then when you get the automated reply and find it is not helpful reply to that email. Make a note of the ticket number and do not open new tickets, just keep replying to the original ticket. If you cannot get a reply in five working days, then come back to this community, but post it as a question in the Support forum. If you then mention your ticket number in your support question it is possible that one of the game experts might pick up on it and chase it up.

As I said this method has worked for some people in the past, but I do not know if it still works.
