You can also try restarting the game and then clicking on the padlocks. If it doesn't work, restart the game, play one level and then click on the padlocks.

Have you tried clicking on the padlocks? This is a known issue, and chances are that you will be able to claim the reward despite it appearing locked by clicking on the padlock.
