Jackpot

Hi! Whenever I win the jackpot, I get a message that the connection failed even though I have great internet. It's ridiculous. It's been a month now. The day before yesterday I won 88 gold bars and they didn't give it to me again. It's done on purpose so you can pay. I'm going to stop playing.

We’re really sorry to hear that some you are not receiving expected rewards. I understand how frustrating that can be, especially multiple times.

Since you are getting an "internet connection" message, we first suggest trying the following troubleshooting tips:

Internet: Ensure you have a strong and stable Internet connection.
Updates: Check the app stores to update to the latest version of your game if needed, and the latest software update for your device.
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? We recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
Cache: Clear your game cache. Do NOT clear your game data -- that is where your boosters are stored.
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.

Unfortunately, we don't have access to individual player accounts, and consequently we cannot determine what happened in your account, but King 's Player Support team can help you out.

Please reach out to them through your game by tapping the gear icon ⚙️ —> Account & Help —> ? Help Center —> Select the topic of your issue, scroll all the way down and select “Chat With Us.”
