I have done all of the things that have been suggested to no avail. When I play Candy Crush on my phone or tablet, and I request lives, I get NONE. When I play on my desktop, all of the lives end up there. Help!

I think lives end up on the device you first log into each day. Does this problem persist even if you do not open the app on your Desktop at all for a few days? Say you request the lives on your phone and then only play on your phone, do you not see any lives at all?

Try sticking to one platform. What if you request lives on the desktop version? Do they appear on the mobile version?

I'm not entirely sure what you mean. I use candy crush through Facebook on my desktop and the app itself is downloaded onto my phone and tablet.

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
