I am finding difficulty after one level win as the board become inactive. Every level you have to download and play. Is this the problem with Candy Crush Saga at this moment or my problem.

Thanks for letting us know and you’re not alone in this. The team is aware that some players are experiencing the game becoming inactive after finishing a level. It’s been reported and a fix is already being tested for an upcoming update.
In the meantime, restarting the app after each level is the best workaround. Hopefully the next release will sort this out soon 🙏

Thank you QueenB for answering. Yes restarted after each round. Later downloaded the candycrush saga again and after that the issue is solved.
