Unfortunately, there’s not much we can do directly here, but I recommend making sure your game app is fully up to date and that you’re connected to a stable internet connection.

If it keeps happening, please let us know which game version you’re playing and what device you’re using so we can share it with the ads team to check if there’s any issue.
