I have been been playing this level for a long time and have cleared the board several times. The last dinosaur doesn't get released until the cascade stops after I use my last move.

I have noted that Suzy Fuller has posted a recent video. I don't have the patience to sit through her lengthy videos myself, but I have heard they are very good and hopefully if you watch this it will help:
