CCS crashing in a daily basis

Recently after the Super Bomb splash page CCS freezes up.After reloading I have only limited icons appearing.

Thankyou for your prompt reply. I have played, at Some cost, for many years without experiencing any connection problems. At present, I am having to uninstall and re-install daily. This cannot continue. Recent additions to the game, over the top in my view, are causing the problems, in the CCS search for additional income.

If only limited icons show up you are not connected to King's server. This can happen for a variety of reasons and is not always obvious when we load the game.

Generally if we are connected to the server all our events should load after playing one level, old or new, pass or fail. However sometimes this does not work for me and I have to keep closing and reloading the app.

The best way to know for sure you are connected is to go into the shop icon at the bottom. If the game offers you the options to purchase anything your connection is good.

In general if you keep getting connection problems:

Make sure you are playing the latest update.

Reboot your device if all else fails.

Make sure your internet connection is stable and avoid switching from one Wifi or mobile signal to a different one while the app is open. For example I have experienced that if travelling through a tunnel on a train I may lose the signal and sometimes the app then fails to pick it up again when we exit the tunnel but instead it continues in offline mode. In such a case we need to close and reload the app again until we can see the shop load.
