Ive been playing this game for well over ten years. My most recent progress began in 2016 where as of two weeks ago I was in the 4000s. I’ve always always always saved my progress via Facebook. Two weeks ago I had my progress go down to level 2526 and I lost all of my boosters. I opened three tickets and all were closed with zero communication and zero assistance. I’ve logged in and out of Facebook several times and I’m still on 2526 with all my boosters at zero.
Needless to say this is extremely discouraging. I can’t believe how shitty the customer service and support is where my concerns are not even addressed and dismissed.
