Hello I got a question in how to Transfer my mothers old tata into her new phone. We tried everything but somehow it doesnt transfer it. Pleas help us getting her acc back. Thank you!

To sync Candy Crush Saga to a new phone, download the game, then open it and log in with the same Facebook or King account you used on your old phone. Your progress, including levels and gold bars, will automatically sync from the servers. Boosters and lives are device-specific and will not transfer, so it's best to use them before switching phones.
