"Ads are not appearing."

Hello,
I have been playing Candy Crush for many years. However, about three months ago, after purchasing a discounted item, I stopped receiving ads in the game. I would like to continue receiving ads, but they no longer appear. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Sadly we have known and warned players in this community that after making a purchase with real money the ads will disappear from a player's game. There is no way to get them back, I am sorry.

Many, many others have fallen into this trap, so you are not alone.
