I want to know why I can’t place my boosters where I want after all i payed for them and how many at a time I can use
The game is setup to put them all in the same place so they all go off at one time it’s a big thank you for buying

As you stated the game is set up to place the boosters according to the game's aim, not the players' choice. Each time we load a board the way the candies are laid out pre determines one of these outcomes:
Therefore the game places our boosters in the wrong place if we have a "fail" board and it will for example place two colour bombs together if we have a "pass" board. This is part of the way that Candy Crush is designed and meant to be played.
One booster you can place where you want is the striped candy. This can be bought in the form of a paint brush with gold from your inventory. I find this quite useful: We can place it next to a colour bomb or even better a super charger on the opening board and if we do this will actually affect the outcome, so that might be a better choice.
