Why has Candy Crush become impossible to play?

Lately the game feels totally unbalanced. Levels are nearly impossible to finish without buying extra moves or boosters. Free boosters are extremely hard to get, gold bars are almost unreachable, and lives from friends don’t arrive anymore.

It honestly feels like the game has turned into a money-making machine, and it’s taking away all the fun.

Is anyone else experiencing the same?

Yes, we are all experiencing the same. Well, all except a few test groups. I believe the main reason for this is the fact that an AI is rewriting the algorithms for the game and is just not advanced enough to do so without human expertise.

I have found that levels have become generally more predictable in outcome(more obviously rigged), the easy levels have often become too easy and boring, the hard/super hard/nightmarishly hard ones all blur into one big mess of levels no player can pass without boosters or just with starting boosters: lucky boards have been removed from most of these levels, and if we get them it takes too many tries before they turn up. The aim of the game seems to now be to never fail any level so players will keep their win streaks and super chargers, and so in theory this would encourage players to spend gold and money.
