issue with payments

Hi i am having an issue with trying to buy boosters since this morning. I have tried to buy hard level offer, extra gold bars and it takes all my card details and then says you are having issues and no payment was taken. It is getting annoying….but i suppose on a plus note you dont get my money. I have updated and cleared cashe etc before you give me that advice.

Hi, i cant remove my payment info as it is not stored, i play via facebook and use a laptop which runs windows 11 and all updates done and current. I have restarted the device several times and tried to purchase and just the same message. i will screen shot if i ever try to pay again as for now i am enjoying not paying, thanks for yourhelp

Hi i dont store my card details so cant remove and add, i have tried with several cards now and still get the same message "something went wrong we cant process your payment. I am playing via facebook and everything is up to date, Have again cleared cache, updated everything and still the same today

Since you have followed these steps already, could you please try removing your payment information, restart your device and re-add the payment and try to purchase again.
