Please transfer my game progress

I dont have the access of email address of the candy crush saga game where my progress is stored means i have the old phone and my game is running properly but when i want to transfer my game progress it ask the password which i dont know and i dont have the accesss to that gmail anymore so please help

I reach 21 twice and did get a reward. I also passed a level and it said I did. i used my 10 gold bars to extend the play and used my flying saucer
