You need to make matches next to the music blocker with the same color as the items inside it. Each match of the required colors removes one item. Once you remove all the items inside, the blocker is cleared. Hitting it with stripes or wraps works too, and fish do target it

In practice, the most effective way is to hit it with special candies.

WWhat actually hits the music tiles? I thought it was getting a 3 likes beside the music tiles, sometimes it does, sometimes not. Does it need a couple times to break it down? Getting with a direct hit from a striped or wrapped works every time.
