I am writing again because my issue has still not been resolved.
My Candy Crush game has been stuck on the “Weekly Contest – Congrats! You finished in 1st place” screen for the last 6–7 months. The “Claim” button does not work, the screen does not close, and I cannot continue playing the game.
Previously, I contacted you through email and the community. I followed every instruction that was suggested to me, including:
Reinstalling the game
Clearing cache and data
Updating the app
Restarting the device
Changing my phone and logging in again
But nothing has fixed the problem. The same stuck screen appears every time I open the game, and I still cannot collect rewards or continue playing.
Kindly check my account from your side and resolve this issue permanently. I have been unable to play for several months because of this.
