Issues with lives and issues with super color bomb.

for the last several months when I earn like 15 mins on unlimited lives I never get them. Even if I restart the app and phone. Even if I spend money to earn unlimited lives still doesn’t work. Just recently had issues with super color bomb. Now it won’t account for passing a level to get to 4 to earn the bonus bomb. Please help :(

That’s really frustrating — when unlimited lives and Super Color Bomb rewards don’t activate, it usually means your game is glitched or not syncing correctly with your account. Try clearing the cache/update/reinstall only if your progress is saved, then re-log into your account to force a sync. If it still fails, this is on King’s end — you should contact Support and mention that paid rewards didn’t deliver so they can investigate and compensate you.
