Level 16655

I have been stuck on this level for about 2 weeks, no boosters. Just now I googled this level to get some help and was surprised to see an entirely different game. So I dusted off my iPad and checked this level again and again a 2nd different game. So what gives with this? I've cut back on my play time because this level that is on my laptop seems unsolveable without buying boosters, which I don't want to do.
