My inventory disappeared overnight Hundreds of boosters lost Back to square one !! Any ideas why and how to retrieve ?? Gutted !!

We’re aware that some players have suddenly lost their boosters, and we know how upsetting that is. The team is already investigating the issue.
This may happen in the latest game version (1.317.x), especially if the game is restarted without an internet connection. We’re still investigating but we wanted to share this as early as possible so you don’t feel left in the dark.
While we work on the fix, a few things that may help avoid the issue:

I can categorically say that this issue has nothing to do with having a good internet connection @QueenB and the issue is all to do with the introduction of Candy Unwrapped.
I just opened my game and the video tried to start but instead it 'hung' for awhile. When it finally loaded I have lost all of my boosters and my map

Hi there, thanks for letting us know and I’m really sorry this happened, losing boosters out of the blue is incredibly frustrating.
To understand what went on and see what can be done, could you share a few details with me?
1. Your Game ID If you’re not sure where to find it: How to find your Game ID
2. Your game app version (You can check this in your app store under Candy Crush Saga → Version.)
3. What happened right before the boosters disappeared? For example: • Did the app update recently? • Did the phone restart or run out of battery? • Did you reinstall the game? • Did you switch devices or log in/out?
4. Are your gold bars still there? These are stored differently, so this helps us pinpoint what type of loss it is.
Once I have this info, I can take a closer look and guide you from there.
I have noticed the same thing going on lately, has anyone noticed when you confusing for more life’s after one or 2 lives used it says “ your on your last life”!!! I had to make sure ai wasn’t playing the games that fast and just going thru the lives but NOW I KNOW FOR SURE THAT TOU ARE JIT GETTING THE FULL 5 lives…… aggravating!!! I play this game a stress reliever NOT TO ENDURE OR GET STRESSED OUT!!!! I’m so close to being OVER IT AND BEING OVER IT!!!!! Along with my boosters disappearing!!!
The same thing happy to me today. I logged in tonight and all were gone. No idea what happened.
King zeroed out all my boosters today. This is the second time it's happened. The game didn't crash, I didn't get a new device, the program just zeroed out everything. It's King's fault, they have software glitches, and their attitude on these forums is "you should have used the boosters, you shouldn't save them." But they expect us to enter competitions and special events. Boosters are the best way to compete.
I think I'm just going to zero THEM out and uninstall the game. Hey, no more ads! And I was at level 11,000 plus. To heck with them. It's just a game.
hi there I just lost all my banked boosters !! I had over 200 in some of the banks.

Playing Saga for years, now at the final episodes, and lost all boosters! My accont was set to save game, but loging out and back in didnt bring them back. This happened when I was asked to share my info with yout providers and I declined - is it the reason or just coincidence?
I play on my phone only and it didnt have update today to mess it up.
Can they be restored or are they lost forever? Very sad…

in my weekly contest it is not recording my progress. It says I have only won 5 levels this week and I’ve actually won like 7 episodes. I have played at least 150 levels this week. I am Nikki #8 on the list
