The goal of level 8061 is to collect three frogs, which means you need to feed and then move the frog three times.
To feed the frog, match the frog with candies of the same color until it's big and glows. Once it glows, you can move it: click on it, then click on another location on the board. Feed and move the frog three times like this and you will pass this level.
Color bombs, which drop from dispensers, can also be used to feed the frog by matching them with candies of the same color.
