I have found it hard to clear level 18740 without boosters.
It appears to be an end of episode level. Do you have a Concert Chaos level? Those are notoriously hard. If posting here has not helped you get some luck then wait until the event is finished next week, then the level should revert to its other form. Levels at the this range are however meant to be so difficult that you need boosters to pass them or pay gold for extra moves. That is the way the game is designed. There will be many levels to come as difficult as this.
The level on YouTube and the one I am playing are totally different.
