Have the jelly fish been reprogrammed again?

The latest incarnation of the shiny jelly fish that go whoosh was that they are more predictable: They were going for:

1. blockers underneath dragons
2. anything on the order list
3. any jelly square

A fish + wrap combo was really useful. It could be relied on to go for a square that would remove the most blockers.

Can anyone explain to me what is happening in this level:

This is my second attempt. In the first attempt I already had the same issue, that a fish + wrap combo went somewhere wildly inappropriate, so on this attempt I took screenshots

What happened here? @MannyFae any idea?

There is no icing directly beneath the Sprinks, so the jelly fish get confused. I've noticed this behavior every time a Sprink needs to cross a gap
