when I select my game I get a black screen. Why?
Hi kaynana, thanks for letting us know. A black screen usually means the game didn’t load properly, but it can happen for a few different reasons. Let’s try a couple of quick things:
• Close the game app completely and reopen it • Restart your device • Make sure you have enough storage available on your device • Check that your game app is updated to the latest version
If it’s still happening, could you tell me what device you’re playing on such as the make and model? That’ll help understand what might be causing the issue.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
