While watching an ad to get additional gold bars, after I won the race, the game restarted and I lost my earned gold bars and the watched gold bars. Very frustrating. This has happened twice in the last two wins. Why?
If the game hangs up I usually manage to still get the gold bars by closing the app and reloading it. If you start the next episode race you won't get the gold from the previous one. So I recommend you close and reload the app as often as it takes until the game gives you the reward. If this does not help and you keep getting this issue I would suggest that next time you just hit the claim button for the gold from the race without watching ads for extra bars.
That’s frustrating, but it’s usually a sync or connection issue. If the game restarts before your progress fully saves, the rewards don’t register. Unfortunately once that happens, the lost gold bars can’t be restored. Make sure you have a stable connection and let the game fully load back to the main screen after watching ads.
