There is no way for King to help you with this level because King cannot feed and move the frog for you. You have to do this yourself. The game can give you lots of luck and supply lots of colour bombs and fishes, but you have to move the frog three times. You have to tap on the frog when it is fat and then tap on a space elsewhere on the board to move the frog there. Then you have to repeat this process another two times. Unless you move the frog you will never pass this level.
These three steps have to be repeated three times to pass this level. If you don't do this you will never pass this level and no one can help you pass it.

Look at the video I posted for you. Wait for a lucky board that will help you clear most of the blockers. Make sure you feed and move the frog three times and you will pass this.

Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
