Shop cannot be connected

I was trying to contact the Shop to purchase gold bars but I keep getting a message saying that there is no internet connection. Sometimes, I managed to access the Shop but I am unable to proceed to the payment portal for tge same reason. I have restarted my phone before each attempt but to no avail. This caused me a race and the problem still persists for almost a day and a half now.

When the Shop shows a “no internet connection” message or won’t open the payment screen, it usually means the game isn’t able to fully connect to the store service, even if the rest of the game loads.

A few things to try, if you haven’t already:

• Close the game completely and reopen it
• Restart your device
• Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, if possible
• Make sure your game app is fully up to date
• Check that there’s no VPN or network restriction active

If the Shop sometimes opens but fails at the payment step, that often points to a connection issue rather than a problem with your account or the Shop itself.
