I was playing game num.2552 and a very strange thing happened the Dragon He exited through the entrance he was supposed to land at, and this cost me a lot of the auxiliary tools I had spent 300 gold pieces on, losing another 100 trying to get him back on track, but of course I failed; it was a technical problem.

I’m really sorry about that 😣 I can understand why this was frustrating, especially after spending Gold Bars and using boosters you were excited about.

What you described can sometimes happen due to a temporary glitch. It isn’t something that’s meant to happen, and in most cases it doesn’t repeat itself.

If you haven’t already, could you let us know:

• Have you tried the level again since then?
• Does the Sprint still move or exit in the wrong direction, or did it behave normally on the next attempt?
• About how many tries have you had since this happened?

This will help us understand whether it was just a one-time hiccup or something ongoing.

I know it’s really disappointing to lose boosters or Gold Bars like that. Unfortunately, we’re not able to replace items lost this way, but we do want to make sure the level is now behaving as it should.

And i lost the extreme color The bomb, which I had been so happy about, has now made my day terrible.Iam trying to provide a photo for that but i cannot another tech. Prob.
