I lost my more then 10300 golden bricks premium currency of game while signing up for the first time from my 1 year old guest account my levels are same but my all items are gone now I can't level up without any items kindly give me any kind of support

It is a bit unusual for levels to carry over but not gold bars or boosters, especially if you’re using the same device, so let’s try a quick resync first.

If you haven’t already, could you try the following:

• Log out of your account in the game
• Close the game completely
• Open it again and log back in
• Stay connected to the internet and leave the game open on the map for a few minutes so it has time to sync
• Try playing one or two levels and then check your gold bars and boosters again

Just to confirm as well, did you connect to your account on the same device you were using before?

If the items still don’t appear after that, please share your Game ID and we can take a closer look to see if the gold bars are stored on our side.
