Hi @Lolalitta thanks for sharing your Game ID. I’ve had a look, and I can see that this game account was first created very recently, which suggests the game may currently be connected to a new save rather than the one where your gold bars were collected.
Since your level progress appears to be there but not your gold bars, it’s possible the game didn’t fully reconnect to the correct account when you signed in.
Could you please try the following to force a clean sync:
• Log out of the game • Close the game completely • Restart your device • Open the game again and connect it using the same login method you originally used to back up your progress (Facebook, King account, or the correct email) • Stay connected to the internet and leave the game open on the map for a few minutes so it can sync
If you previously played on another account or email, make sure you’re signing in with that exact one, as logging into a different account can load a new game save.
If the gold bars still don’t appear after trying this, let me know and we can take another look together.

Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
