Hi @SgrCandj I can see how frustrated you are, and I understand that hitting a long run of difficult levels can feel exhausting, especially when it’s affecting how you enjoy the game.
That said, the game isn’t designed to intentionally force players to lose gold on purpose. Difficulty can fluctuate, and some stretches of the map are tougher than others, but it’s never meant to feel personal.
Regarding being logged out when accessing King.com, that usually points to a browser or session issue rather than something intentional. If you want help looking into that, feel free to share what device and browser you’re using.

Hello. To contact King directly with your complaint I would suggest you use the Contact Us option at the bottom of this web page. You will not reach King here in this community as it has become largely automated.
If you want advice from a fellow player then this is my advice: If this is what the game has done to you in the past few weeks and it's obvious how angry it makes you: quit now. Delete the app. Forget this game ever existed. Candy Crush has been ruined since the AI took over running the game. Some players still enjoy the new Candy Crush, but for people who used to love the old Candy Crush there really is only the one option: Delete!
