You win a race but they don’t give you the gold bars

Yes @freemind9 what you describe has happened to a lot of people. I have never seen a fix mentioned for this issue though other than to contact King Player Support. Not receiving gold from a 'race' applies to both the Candy Royale and the Episode Race.

There isn't a lot you can do about the issue and even though the linked post says the issue has been fixed the issue was first reported in March 2023 and complaints have never stopped.
