Thanks @bukka_Mai if you have lost all of your adverts features then the information provided by Mountainmom is correct.

Put simply, adverts can come and go in your game and once you have lost them they aren't guaranteed to come back. I once lost my adverts features for seven months before they came back. All you can do is keep playing and hope they come back.

If you have made an in-game purchase then your adverts will never return.

Hello I do get adverts to get extra moves sometimes I don't because of network or if I've watched all adverts... But don't worry later you will get adverts in your game ....

Hello @bukka_Mai can you clarify if you still have adverts, but no longer see any adverts for extra moves, or do you no longer see any adverts in your game at all.
